We're Back! SYATP!

Greetings,
Where two or three are gathered in my
name I am there in the midst of them.
Our Tanzania 2012 Mission Trip 'blog' was such a great success, that we are re-establishing a blog on a regular basis to enhance our communications with you. Many growing congregations are using the many media venues such as the blog, web, facebook, twitter, to communicate with their congregations on a regular basis.

Do you believe in prayer? Does prayer make a difference? Yes to both. And today was "See You At The Pole" -- where students around the world gathered around the flag poles before school to pray. "See You at the Pole", the global day of student prayer, began in 1990 as a grass roots movement with ten students praying at their school. Twenty years later, millions pray on their campuses on the fourth Wednesday in September.
The group grows at Moline H.S.

"See You at the Pole" is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. "See You at the Pole" is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event.
